Disciple Maker Index
What is the Disciple Maker Index?
- This Lent, every parish in the Diocese of Lansing will be participating in the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) through the Catholic Leadership Institute. The DMI is a brief and anonymous survey that asks members of the parish ages 14 and older to report on their faith and answer questions about the state of our parish. This survey helps Fr. David and parish leadership see where our greatest strengths lie, and where we have opportunities for growth. It’s also an excellent chance to have an impact by sharing where you want our parish to go in the coming years.
- St. Anthony’s previously participated in the DMI in 2020 and 2023. This Lent will be our final time taking the survey and we want as many parishioners as possible to participate! The survey takes only 10-15 minutes, is entirely anonymous and confidential, and truly does assist in planning for the future of our church.
- You can take the DMI online at any time up until March 31st. Use this link to take the survey.
- We would like for as many people as possible to participate in the DMI online, but if you need to take the survey with a paper copy, we will have volunteers available after all masses on the weekends of March 1st, 8th, and 15th. You can stop by the parish hall/gathering space after Mass, fill out the survey, and hand it back to a volunteer.
- All high school students, college students, and adults who attend Mass at St. Anthony’s are invited to participate. Please help our parish continue to improve and grow in holiness by completing a survey this lent.
